By accessing this website and enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
LCC-BFSI acts as a consultancy and facilitator for professional training and fire safety courses. We provide a platform for candidate sourcing and application processing.
Crucial Disclaimer: All training, curriculum delivery, certifications, and placement assistance are provided by independent third-party authorities, including but not limited to NIIT Limited, Manipal BFSI, and other authorized training bodies.
LCC-BFSI is not responsible for any changes in the training modules, faculty, scheduling, or the quality of education provided by the third-party training institutes.
Decisions regarding candidate selection, joining dates, training location, and final placement offers rest solely with the respective training institutes (NIIT, Manipal, etc.). LCC-BFSI holds no decision-making power in these areas.
The candidate is solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information provided in the application forms (both on LCC-BFSI and the partner institute’s portal).
Any discrepancy found in the documents (Education certificates, ID proofs, etc.) at any stage will lead to immediate disqualification without any liability to LCC-BFSI.
Candidates must ensure they meet the specific eligibility criteria of the chosen course before applying. LCC-BFSI is not liable if a candidate is rejected by the training institute due to eligibility issues.

While we facilitate courses with "Placement Assistance" or "Assured Jobs," the final placement is subject to the candidate’s performance, attendance, and clearing the partner institute’s interviews.
LCC-BFSI reserves the right to terminate a candidate’s access to our services if found engaging in fraudulent activities or misconduct.

Candidate data is shared with partner training institutes for the purpose of enrollment and placement. By applying, you consent to this data sharing.
LCC-BFSI is not responsible for technical glitches, server downtime, or application errors occurring on third-party institute websites.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated terms.
Candidates agree to indemnify LCC-BFSI against any losses, damages, or legal costs resulting from the candidate's breach of these terms.
LCC-BFSI is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government regulations, or pandemics.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where our headquarters is located.
Candidates are expected to maintain professional decorum during training and interactions with LCC-BFSI staff.
Partner institutes may change course fees, duration, or syllabus. LCC-BFSI will strive to update the website, but the partner institute's current brochure will prevail.
Candidates acknowledge that partner institutes or final employers may conduct rigorous background checks.
Applying for the same program through multiple consultants may lead to the cancellation of the candidate’s application.
Candidates must adhere to the attendance requirements set by NIIT, Manipal, or the respective training body to remain eligible for certification/placement.
LCC-BFSI does not guarantee a specific job role, salary package, or work location, as these are determined by the hiring organization.
Any complaints regarding the training or placement must be directed to the respective training institute, though LCC-BFSI will provide reasonable support in escalating issues.
All fees (Registration, Tuition, or Examination) are clearly outlined at the time of application. Fees are subject to taxes as per government norms.
Late payment of fees to the training institute may result in the suspension of training or forfeiture of the seat.
LCC-BFSI may charge a consultancy or processing fee which is separate from the training institute’s tuition fee.
Once a candidate has been registered with the training institute, no requests for cancellation will be entertained.
Strictly No Refund: All fees paid to BFSI AND FIRE SAFETY TRAINING CENTRE (LCC-BFSI) or the partner training institutes are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to candidate withdrawal, rejection, or personal emergencies.
